UPDATE 04/05/24 Joel spoke with me today while I stopped in to pay on 2 of my units and apologized for how this was handled. He understood my frustration and agreed that long time clients deserve a little consideration. He was sincere and I appreciate that. Please understand that everything I wrote about the experience was true, but some communication and common sense goes a loooooong way. Thank you Joel, I hope that this hasn't caused too much grief for you or your business. Thank you for being understanding!!!! Find somewhere else to store your things I just had my keys stolen for the 4 units I have had here for 5 years+ I informed this office and they told me that I would have to pay them to cut my locks, so that I can replace them. I informed Catherine the manager, that I found the upcharge to cut my locks (which I have the tools to do)to be ridiculous considering the over $30k I have paid in mytenure here. I will be reporting this to the BBB as an unfair business practice. Since I have already suffered a loss, and must pay for new locks, being unwavering in their "policy" is taking advantage of an unforeseen incident. Shame on you Catherine

When I first got my storage unit they offered a promotion (pay for 3 months get 3 months free.) Great value. I appreciate the security. They do not play around with people not checking in. I tailgated in once and they pulled up behind me saying there would be a fee if I did it again. I appreciate their attentiveness. Facility/grounds are always clean and quiet. Customer service is always helpful, professional, and efficient. I have had great customer service recently by Kat. Thank you to the team for always being great.
