This place is outstanding! If you are in need of storage large or small they are one! The staff is amazing! Can't say enough about Ray! She really is the prefect example of excellent customer service! Prices are great facility is always clean and security is stellar! Call around you won't find a better deal anywhere! Very reasonable rates,actually best priced in Rio Linda for the size. Some select size lockers are buy one month get 1 free up to 3 months free. The first 30 days you can use one of their large moving trucks, and pay a deposit and $1/mile. The staff is friendly, and the location is well maintained and secure. There are no garbage cans/dumpster available so must take any trash with you. There are people who live on site, and security cameras are everywhere. Took one star away for the hours they are open to access the storage lockers: Mon-Sat 8am-445pm closed on Sundays. Might not work well if you need to access after 5pm or on Sundays. Other than that I feel confident having my stuff stored there.

I read other reviews.... I have only experienced awesome customer service! I thought the agent was being rude. Honestly, I was having a bad day and she was very professional. To me I interpreted it as rude but my daughter pointed out that she was very professional and no nonsense. That’s really what I expect in any business that I hold responsible for my goods. Very clean. Very very professional!
